At HAYNES Electric, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and superior craftsmanship. Our experience shows in the high-quality work we do. Here’s what some of our residential customers are saying about us:
“Eric (Jedd), just to let you know it was a great pleasure to work with these two young courteous, respectful men (Tyler Nix and
Kenny Shelton) on our site today. They are certainly a credit to their generation and to your company. Very professional! Thanks!!”
–David Hobby, Crowder Industrial Construction, LLC.
“I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone that was involved with the electrical/automation portions of the project.
Aaron’s onsite assistance and Juho’s remote help were critical with the smooth startup. Mike had the knife system prepared so
that we had virtually no issues upon commissioning in CA. Mike Curry, you need to know that Jason (Fuller) and his crew (Levi
Bennett, Ron Phillips and Andy Metcalf) did a tremendous job, which made the startup much easier for everyone. I’ve personally
let Jason know how I feel about his crew’s work, but I thought it important you also know how appreciative we are..”
–Scott Schmidt, Raflatac.
“I just wanted to thank you for sending Bert Schenkel and Jerry Dodd to my house yesterday. They installed an outlet in my foyer, a light fixture in a dark coat closet, and changed the outdoor outlets to the GFCI type (no more crawling under the house for nuisance trips). They performed the work in a safe and efficient manner and, most importantly, made my wife happy. I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate their service.”
“Recently, I contacted your firm to arrange a consumer electrical repair and had a most positive experience as a result. The pleasant person who scheduled the job carefully questioned me about the specific problem to ensure the proper repair details were gathered. On March 26, the morning the repair was scheduled, I received a call indicating that the technicians scheduled to make the repair had been delayed by a meeting but were on their way. Shortly, Barry Haygood and David Fish arrived and completed the required repair in a prompt and efficient manner. Both men were friendly and a delight to meet. In a day when customer service often suffers, every person I dealt with exemplified the very best attributes of customer service excellence. Needless to say, I am impressed and want to thank each of the people I dealt with for their excellent service. To a person, all represented HAYNES Electric Construction Company in an exemplary manner. Again, thank you.”
“I am a Homewire customer with Progress Energy. Last week, I had some issues with outlets in my home and called to receive service. Progress Energy informed me that HAYNES was the contractor for this area. I knew the name well, as HAYNES is the most recognizable company in the area. I was delighted to know that they contracted such a well-known and reputable business.
I did, however, have my misgivings, since this was a warranty service. I fully expected the contractor, due to reduced pay for the job, to do a less-than-perfect job to get it done or to use some excuse that made me have to pay huge sums out of pocket. Many warranty services are not performed to the highest standard. A lot of companies will simply sell the package and then do half-hearted work when service is required. I was thoroughly surprised with my service from HAYNES. It was not at all what I expected, and the company lived up to its reputation.
I thoroughly believe that a lot of that had to do with Randy. Randy was very meticulous at making sure he identified the problems and corrected them. He individually opened 8 different outlets and took down two light fixtures to identify the problem. He was pleasant to speak to, and I felt at ease with a strange person roaming my house. He went above and beyond his duties, in my opinion, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the service he provided. It was almost like an old friend was there. He gave me advice and educated me on electric services during his visit. I know in the future, should I have trouble, I will reach out to HAYNES and request Randy. He exceeded my expectation by leaps and bounds.
I’m not one to normally take the time to write a letter to compliment someone. I have found in my years in customer service that most people won’t take the time to thank you for a job well done, but will most certainly tell you if something is wrong. In this case, the job performed was deserving of my personal time and effort to write to your company. Randy is an asset to your establishment, and his interpersonal skills while dealing with a customer are superb.
Thank you for your time and the excellent service that your company provided. “
“I wanted to send a quick note of appreciation for the work that Jeff Heatherly did this morning at my home. He was so pleasant and professional. He worked quickly, cleaned up, and made some good recommendations for future projects. I’ve never used your company before, but I plan to, based on my service this morning. He represents your company well and I’ll be submitting the same information on Angie’s List today.
“I don’t know how to thank Randy Moore enough for the professional, courteous way he helped with an electrical problem at my house last night. I thanked him when he left but didn’t think that was enough.”
