Good Morning,
I am writing this to commend your employee, John List, on a great job when he repaired a water line at my home last weekend. I came home from vacation last Saturday to find a broken water line in my yard, and the water had been running for five days. It was a mess. The City of Asheville recommended HAYNES Plumbing, so I called and was connected to John. He was very friendly as well as concerned and informative. He said he could be at my house by 10:00 am on Sunday – and he showed up at that time! That in itself is the beginning of a great service event.
John had such a positive attitude and seemed to love his work, and that it made me less anxious about the whole situation. He was also highly skilled and did an excellent job at “educating” me about what had happened and making recommendations on what I should do in the future should I have any other water issues.
All in all, in spite of the circumstances, that is one of the best service experiences I have ever had, and John is primarily responsible for that good experience. He is great! I have told many people about both John and HAYNES. He is a great representative for your company.
