I am very pleased to provide my highest recommendation
to H&M Constructors. Over the past several years my
firm has done several projects with H&M Constructors
and each has turned out to be a pleasant experience both
for me as the Architect and to our client, the owner.
Currently, H&M is the contractor for the new High
Street Bank located on Hendersonville Road. I can report
that this project is going very well and our client is
pleased with H&M's work. We are also currently completing
a major renovation within an occupied building for the
Mountain Area Health Education Center. During the entire
construction period, I did not hear any negative comments
regarding the construction activity, which is high praise
for a contractor providing a major renovation within an
occupied building. H&M also was the contractor for
the recently completed Enka Branch Library. It is noted
that at the completion of this project, the final invoice
came in at $3,000.00 under the contract price.
