Haynes, our main priority is safety for our crew and other employees at the job site. We run an extensive safety program to make sure careless accidents do not happen. Highlights of this program include: • Testing policy to insure drug-free work force - Every employee must be drug-free to work at Haynes. • Weekly "tailgate" safety meetings - Every crew runs a weekly meeting to keep on track of safety issues. • Safety incentive programs - While safety and health are their own reward, to further encourage safety we have established a point system whereby all safe workers can accumulate enough points to earn an additional one or two days vacation. > back to top   SAFETY & DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM EVALUATION   1 This is our Experience Modification Ratio (EMR)!!
