MBHaynes and Chris came to our rescue after 4 days of no hot water. Chris did an exceptional job of diagnosing a problem of a fraid wire under the deck. We switched from another HVAC company to Haynes about 19 months ago. We got a service plan. Twice a year they come out and service the system, check it all out, and answer questions. They are easy to schedule, show up on time, and are polite and cooperative. They will come out between visits if needed and will answer questions about system in between if needed. AND they guarantee the work. WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

After a couple of poor experiences with electricians, I started calling Haynes for residential work. Never had problems. The cost is higher than others in the area, but they are always reliable, arrive when they say they will, and exceed expectations. Only once did I have to call their residential plumbers back to correct an issue that popped up 24 hours later. They fixed it and did not charge me. Highly recommended.

November 2025 update:
Thanksgiving week, my wife and I started to hang Christmas lights outdoors, only to discover that three outdoor GFCI outlets no longer functioned. I called Haynes, and believe it or not, a pair of technicians arrived at my home in 30 minutes. (They happened to be in the neighborhood and had just completed another call.) They investigated the situation, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the old outlets, explaining that they are customarily the weakest link in your household system. They were on their way in under an hour. Thank you, Haynes, for another great job. The techs were named Chris and Devon, but to my family they will always be known as the Electricians Who Saved Christmas!
