I’ve worked with MB Haynes multiple times. They help me with several of my rental properties. They also help me with my personal home & properties. I’ve recently recommended them to my parents, who are pleased with them also. They always go above & beyond to help me out. Their office staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Their techs are knowledgeable & their prices are affordable. I highly recommend them!

I am not a customer, but I am one of six home owners that paid the repercussions of a Haynes Electrical truck and trailer that blocked the road and prevented FCC trash service on Maynard Rd and Running Deer Rd. in Candler on 7 April 26. Driver of truck was inconsiderate. Putting cones out on a narrow road doesn't make it okay. Called Haynes Tuesday. No return call. Called Wednesday. No return call. Got a call from Ops Mgr on Friday. He said, "FCC will not return my call." "We're trying to get your trash picked up by FCC since it is our fault." Calling on a Friday isn't going to matter much if trash pick up is Tuesday. What, they are going to pick up on Monday and again on Tuesday? FCC said they didn't cause the interruption in service, so they had no obligation to return for service. Ops Mgr at Haynes let the issue ride out. Crickets! I guess Haynes doesn't care about doing people wrong. How would you (Haynes/Ops Mgr) feel if I prevented you from getting services you pay for? Guess it is okay, if it isn't you. Let me just go grab some more money off my non-existent money tree.

Very satisfied with the electricians from MB Haynes. They investigated our intermittent issue and were able to find the root cause. Team was on time, very polite, efficient and knowledgeable.

The visit was supposed to give me a quote, but the technician did the spring maintenance work, which was OK. He went to the wrong address and was late.

Teach your employees in vehicle D175 how to drive. Almost crashed into me on WT Harris blvd, 5 minutes ago. Incompetent team, I can’t imagine them doing electrical work on anyone’s property!

I have used MB Haynes for years especially with our HVAC needs and annual service contracts. Everything is always explained on why a part needs replaced or everything is in great working order. Very professional and I highly recommend their services on any platform you are looking for. Sergey is the BEST!!!

The Haynes associate came by last week to check up on my heat pump that provides my air conditioning. He made sure everything was in good shape and even replaced the filter.
I noticed the gloomy, spooky, cobwebby, dusty cave under the furnace. I asked him if it was safe to vacuum down there. He took my vacuum and vacuumed it for me. I was impressed! I'm sure that space hadn't been touched since the house was built.

Haynes is reliable and doesn't take advantage of people with their prices.

This company came and installed a surge protector, contracted through Duke Energy. I wasn't home but the gentlemen did get in touch left a message that he had to cut electric off and to check my clocks. Looks like he did a good job. Thank you!

Stephen came in the snow and ice to repair my Central Heat and air unit downstairs. He solved the problem and explained what he had done. He told me how to do maintenance on my whole system, things I did not know to do. He was pleasant and efficient. It saved me a lot of money as I thought I was going to have to replace the whole system. Haynes overall is fair and honest. You can trust them.
