We have proven experience with design-build projects with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with our customers’ engineering and architectural teams. Our communications strength allows for ease of information flow from site to design team to customer. If you need help finding a design team, we will assist with that as well.

We will handle your commercial construction and trade permitting needs, interior and exterior renovations, and provide a turnkey solution for bringing older buildings up to code. We are used to working with and around production and healthcare industries during construction. We will create a phasing schedule based on customer needs and deadlines. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable leaving the management, timeline, budget and other details to us. Healthcare Construction

  • Skilled and experienced healthcare construction and project management consistently engaged within all Western NC healthcare facilities. Haynes Industrial can navigate complex construction within hospitals while successfully maintaining required infection prevention and life safety protocols, professional communication with clinical staff and careful attention to maintaining proposed schedule and budget.
  • Experience: Behavioral Health secure unit, OR, ICU, ED, NICU, MRI, CT and miscellaneous imaging. Sterile, clean room, isolation room and other highly sensitive hospital areas. Facility maintenance and operation systems repairs and installations including chilled water and steam piping, extensive electrical and emergency power, firestopping, security, parking deck, civil and structural needs.
  • Haynes Industrial works closely with facility maintenance and operations teams to ensure all systems are ready for regulatory surveys, accreditation and inspections such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service (CMMS) and the NC Department of Health Service Regulations (DHSR).

Industrial Plants and Factories

Haynes Industrial offers high quality, professional concrete placement, rigging equipment installation, and process and steam piping. Our teams remain on-site long term to support our customer’s maintenance departments. We have experience with large-scale utility shutdowns, ensuring the least possible disruption to normal operations.

  • Welding: Full welding shop with fabrication capabilities for process piping systems as well as structural steel; we conduct welding certification tests.
  • Steel Fabrication: Stainless steel process piping fabrication, sanitary food grade piping, high pressure steam piping systems.
  • Equipment Setting: Plant relocation and expansion services, new machinery installation, heavy rigging equipment setting.
