I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Haynes plumbing dept. I'm a senior project manager for First Restoration services here in Asheville NC, I was in a terrible bind on a 4unit commercial project and needed someone with great experience to jump in after letting a prior business go. They were 100% Reliable, Honest and hardworking they SHOWED UP like clock work and never stopped till every problem was fixed. From the 1st phone call to the last was professional, prompt and to the point. I want to thank Maile McDaniel in the office for her help scheduling and lining up the first visit of the crew. I want to thank NICK "plumber" who executed the project with complete precision and professionalism. I want to thank Gary Griffin for making sure he sent the correct crew for the job. I was very unhappy to have to wait a week to have my mini split fixed in this heat and really feel like they should have been able to get to it sooner. I will consider calling someone else next time for that reason. However, technician Stepan was absolutely amazing! He fixed my AC in no time and even had to contend with a frame my builders had put around the unit that was not easy to remove. He was so friendly, courteous and professional and was very nice to my animals! He almost did TOO good a job! My minisplit is a cooling beast and i have to keep raising the thermostat! If you do use Haynes, definitely ask for Stepan to be the one who comes out!

HVAC service was excellent on both my gas and mini split systems.

The hvac technician checked our unit for any problems, and he even worked through a rain shower. He has worked on our unit before, and he has always been friendly and helpful.

Had a tree take down my home Electrical service, Haynes was very responsive and helped get everything repaired as soon as possible. Garrett was knowledgeable and was able to get my power back on sooner than expected. Great work by Haynes and will use on future work.

First time using MB HAYNES for 2 projects ..... 1 electrical problem, and one electrical/construction project. 2 men arrived on time, polite, understood our requests and began work immediately. They had everything necessary to complete BOTH tasks on their truck and were done quickly with no mess left behind. We were told the cost, which we deemed very fair and received a printed copy as well. VERY POSITIVE experience.

If you need professional plumbers, I highly recommend MB Haynes for the job. They have come to my rescue more than once. Kent came 4th of July weekend and fixed a major leak and did amazing! I’m using their services again and this time I couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied with the professional work that Nick and Zach did too! They took the time to explain things and both were very kind. Oh and the work, very clean and sharp looking, no short cuts with these guys.
