We were referred to MB Haynes from our realtor (exceptional company and exceptional realtor, Monica Krider). Our technician, Ledin, came out and we were so lucky because he really makes you feel like family. Ledin is so great with our dogs and really makes you feel like you’ve known him for years.

Ledin knew EVERYTHING about our units, serviced our unconventional filter sizes with amazing solutions, and made two great recommendations. “You should really have this for one of your units in the attic, the other in the basement is a good recommendation.”.

Competent and friendly service.

They handle all my HVAC needs for four heat pumps, two AC units, and three gas furnaces. Expensive but honest, responsive, and fix it right. Ledin is their best tech, so get him if you can.

We are part of the company’s routine A/C and heat unit maintenance plan. Calling the office is always a joy! The friendliest folks answer the phone. Our electrician was on time, calling ahead to let us know he was coming. Found a problem and fixed it.

We have a second home in AVL and have used Haynes for both our HVAC and plumbing needs for years. Every encounter has been exceptional. Today, on very short notice, I called to see if they could do our regular AC maintenance as we were in town for a very short visit. As always, they worked us in to meet our schedule. Our tech was on time, has serviced our equipment multiple times, did a great job and the charge was very reasonable. We LOVE working with Haynes!

Inspected and cleaned attic unit. Checked capacitor, replaced air filters, and cleaned and checked outside coil. We had a failed HVAC zone damper. Thomas was able to confirm my suspicions, replace the failed damper, and complete seasonal preventative maintenance while he was here.

I've used MB Haynes for biannual HVAC preventive service for the past few years. Zack is our usual technician and he is always on time and efficient. He's very responsive to my questions and doesn't pressure me to decide on a course of action. Their fee for preventive maintenance is reasonable for the great service they provide. If you're looking for HVAC maintenance/repair, give MB Haynes a try, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

I had a great experience with Haynes Electricians. They are competent and professional electricians. They installed new light fixtures throughout the inside and exterior of my home. I appreciated Jarret giving me a courtesy phone call when they were on their way and they cleaned up after installations. I highly recommend Haynes electric and will be using them again.

routine annual service check on HVAC system. In the past, I’ve had a much more thorough service, even including spraying of the coils and rinsing to ensure optimum operation at the outside unit. The fee with tax is now $170 when prior year it was not over $100. I will shop more carefully next year for its service check as I believe it could be done better and at a lower cost.
