How do I apply for a job?
The best way to be considered for a position with MB HAYNES is to submit an application directly through our careers page. Walk-ins are also welcome in our main building, but this does not increase an applicant’s chances of an interview because they are on site. Please note, interviews will be scheduled by the hiring manager at a later date after the application has been reviewed.
Can I submit a resume for a position that isn’t posted?

How do I get into the trades or the apprenticeship program?
All of our “Assistant” positions offer on-the-job training and require little-to-no experience to get started! These positions also qualify you for our apprenticeship program. You must be a current MB HAYNES employee to be participate in the apprenticeship program. View our current openings to find your new career today.
What type of requirements are you looking for?
We take pride in hiring quality employees. All of our positions require a clear background check and a clean drug screen. Any journeyman level position may also require an appropriate certification.
How far away do you work?
Most of our jobs are within a 1 hour radius of Asheville, unless otherwise noted. Preference will be given to applicants within that vicinity.
